Team Overview:
The Strategy & Planning team supports and enables the business strategies for the Fintech group in 99. They work closely with the different business leaders across Operations, Marketing, Product and Headquarters teams to analyze markets, player trends, and business models, and offer recommendations/structure plans for critical business decisions to upper management.
Role Responsibilities:
- In-depth country-level market analysis, incl. regulation change and forecast, competitive landscape and customer/ product insight.
- Play an important role in guiding the business leaders and teams to build up a deep, holistic and data-oriented understanding of 99's own Fintech product and services.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for the Fintech Business in Brazil.
- Support headquarter, international strategy team, operational managers and functional team leaders in understanding the market, players, features, business models of Payments and Credit ecosystem on key initiatives.
- Support the Brazil OKR setting, OKR breakdown, tracking, and analysis in coordination with the BI team.
