**Responsabilidades e atribuições** Responsabilidades e atribuições**:
- Liderar definição de roadmap técnico e de dados;
- Fazer a ponte entre áreas técnicas e de negócio;
- Especificar soluções técnicas em conjunto com times de engenharia;
- Acompanhar indicadores de sucesso do produto;
- Garantir entregas de alto impacto e alinhadas com os objetivos da empresa;
- Priorizar demandas com base em valor e complexidade;
- Participar de decisões técnicas e validações de arquitetura;
- Organizar cerimônias ágeis e apoiar a gestão do time.
**Requisitos e qualificações** Requisitos e qualificações**:
- Experiência prévia como PM técnico ou Tech Lead;
- Capacidade de entender profundamente contextos técnicos (cloud, dados, APIs);
- Habilidade em comunicação com stakeholders técnicos e não técnicos;
- Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban), OKRs e ferramentas como Jira, Notion, GitHub.

- Modelo de Trabalho: Híbrido (Presencial em nosso escritório no Itaigara + 2 dias de home-office).
