**_Contribute to the sustainability, growth and profitability of the business through the supervision of the activities of the teams of associates, third parties and suppliers, who perform activities of hygiene and pest control, complying with the Global Standards, to deliver:_**:
- **_Master Sanitation Schedule: Support of implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety Program promoting cleaning and sanitation to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for the conversion of raw materials into a salable finished product as scheduled, in the Productive Areas of Dry, Wet and S&T technologies, Common Areas, Administrative Areas, Changing Rooms / Sanitary and External Areas._**:
- **_Pest Control: Support of implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Pest Control Program on the site._**

Hygiene, Integrated Pest Control - Productive and Non-Productive Areas_**

Leadership_**
- Contribute to the Shift Managers/Shift Leaders to ensure the effectiveness of the cleaning and sanitizing activities done by associates at productive areas in Dry, Wet, C&T and Warehouse.
- Supervise the activities of the team of General Service providers responsible for Sanitizing Productive Areas (factories / warehouses) and Non-Productive Areas (common, administrative, changing rooms / toilets, etc.).
- Supervise the activities of the team of risk service providers responsible for hygiene in confined spaces and at height in the productive areas of Dry, Wet, C&T and Warehouse.
- Supervise the activities of the team of Integrated Pest Control Service providers, responsible for pest control within the entire perimeter of the MOM website (productive and non-productive areas).
- Be a fixed member of the Dry, Wet and S&T Flow meetings and support the Food Safety Team
- Integrate the multifunctional team in the Supervisment of microbiological crises in the Dry and S&T factories - Stop / Hygiene / Start
- **
Research and Development**:Support the ongoing research and development of procedures, methods, technologies, chemicals, utensils, equipment, suppliers and service providers that ensure compliance with Global Standards and meet the Food Safety Program for Hygiene and Pest Control.
- **
Implementation**: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of Global Standards related to Hygiene and Pest Control during the routine of the site and innovations (projects in general for new products, packaging, capacity increase, cost reduction, others). Implement and maintain the site's Master Sanitation Schedule. Implement and maintain the site's Integrated Pest Control Program. Implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement measures (DIB).
- **
Training**:Ensure training of members in hygiene and pest control procedures, ensure that service providers in the Sanitation area have the basic training necessary for the performance of the function and the mandatory training in Quality and Safety from Mars.
- **
Validate**: Validate and record the effectiveness of chemicals, methodologies, procedures, tools and hygiene tools, whenever there is a change.
- **
Audit**: Perform monthly audits in the Master Plan for Hygiene / Pest Control. Responsible for action plan with internal stakeholders.
- **
Change Management**:Ensure that all process related with Cleaning/Sanitation and Pest Control be implemented in every change, assuring the same or better results for Sanitation KPIs: Projects in general like new areas/buildings, innovations in products or packaging, new lines/equipment, capacity increase, cost reduction, contractors replacement/biddings, others.
