Our Infrastructure Team

We deploy long-term capital through direct and fund investments across the capital structure to diversify our portfolio. As an Analyst, you will help preserve and enhance the value of our investments, working closely with top management teams and boards of directors.

The Sao Paulo team was established in 2015 and currently has nine investment professionals. The team focuses on analyzing opportunities in South and Central America and managing existing investments in the region. We are integrated into a global team operating from London, New York, Singapore, and Sao Paulo.

Job Description

You will be part of a team that invests in infrastructure companies with stable cash flows, reasonable risk-adjusted returns, and strong impact on local economies. Your role will involve:

  1. Playing a central role in growing our infrastructure portfolio and supporting existing investments in the region.
  2. Contributing to the full deal lifecycle, including deal screening, approvals, execution, asset management, and exits.
  3. Taking on primary roles in financial modeling and transactions.
  4. Participating in deal screening and appraisal, contributing to transaction analysis, and helping prepare documentation for investment decisions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with coursework emphasizing business administration, economics, accounting, finance, and/or engineering.
  2. Previous experience working for a private equity fund, institutional investors, or investment banks as part of the M&A advisory or Equity research team.
  3. Outstanding financial modeling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch and review existing models.
  4. Strong commercial and intellectual curiosity, with a detail-oriented approach to deal execution.
