GIC is a leading long-term global infrastructure investor, and we're seeking a talented Analyst to join our Sao Paulo team.

Job Description

We invest in infrastructure companies with stable and predictable cash flows, reasonable risk-adjusted returns, and strong impact on local economies. As an Analyst, you will play a central role in growing our portfolio and supporting existing investments in the region.

  • You will be responsible for deal screening, approvals, execution, asset management, and exits.
  • You will take the lead in financial modeling of transactions, interacting with senior management, external advisors, and banks.
  • You will contribute to transaction analysis and help prepare documentation to support investment decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with coursework emphasizing business administration, economics, accounting, finance, and/or engineering.
  • Previous experience working for a private equity fund, institutional investors, or investment banks as part of the M&A advisory or Equity research team.
  • Outstanding financial modeling skills, including building models from scratch and reviewing/scenario development.
