GIC Infrastructure is seeking a skilled Analyst to join their team in Sao Paulo. As a leading global long-term investor, GIC Infrastructure approaches investments with a buy and hold perspective and manages assets with a long-term view. The successful candidate will be part of a team that invests in infrastructure companies with stable and predictable cash flows, reasonable risk-adjusted returns, and strong impact on local economies.Key responsibilities include:
  • Playing a central role in growing GIC Infrastructure's portfolio and supporting existing investments in the region.
  • Assisting in the full deal lifecycle: deal screening, approvals, execution, asset management, and exits.
  • Taking primary responsibility for financial modeling of transactions, dealing with senior management, external advisors, and banks.
  • Contribution to transaction analysis and helping prepare documentation to support investment decisions to the investment committee.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with coursework emphasizing business administration, economics, accounting, finance, and/or engineering. Graduation date between June 2024 and June 2025. Previous experience working for a private equity fund, institutional investors, or for investment banks as part of the M&A advisory or Equity research team is also required.Requirements include:
  • Oustanding financial modeling skills are assumed and will be tested.
  • The ability to build models from scratch, model review, and scenario development.
  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on attitude to deal execution.
  • Strong commercial and intellectual curiosity.
