As an experienced safety leader, you will play a key role in driving the health and safety agenda across the assigned region. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and operate as an indispensable member of the LATAM Occupational Safety leadership team.
Job Summary:
Lead the development and execution of a strategic approach to health and safety that aligns with our long-term vision. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide business insights and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a fit for purpose, risk focused, culture maturity oriented strategic approach to health and safety
- Act as a business partner with internal and external stakeholders, providing them with the most appropriate information and tools for informed decision making
- Facilitate learning teams and leverage benchmarks from internal and external best practices
- Contribute to the growth of the company culture by anticipating future trends and opportunities
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of senior leadership experience in leading scale transformation programs, change management
- Proven successful track record in leading diverse teams
- End-to-End H&S (Health and Safety) knowledge, H&S Management Systems, HOP and People Centricity
- Broad strategy development and influence, regional and global
- Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts to relevant business insights and growth opportunities
