As a Marketing Analyst, you'll work closely to the senior marketing manager and support the acquisition marketing activities in Brazil and Chile, with a particular focus on partnerships, social media, influencer marketing, and events with our partners. The key objectives are to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and ultimately, grow the business.
**About the role**:
- Identify potential partners and establish relationships to drive co-marketing and co-promotion opportunities.
- Organize and execute social media channels to engage with target audiences, increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Research and identify influencers within the industry and manage influencer marketing campaigns to drive awareness, brand advocacy and conversions.
- Lead partnership projects from prospecting to completion, working with internal teams on execution while developing and maintaining relationships with partner organizations
- Plan, organize, and execute events and experiential marketing campaigns to promote the brand and engage with consumers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the sales team, product development team, and customer service team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all marketing channels.
- Analyze and report on marketing data and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Interact with global team on execution of projects, tasks, and initiatives while ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different time zones and cultural backgrounds. Fluent in English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus.
**Skills & experience**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Advertising or Marketing
- At least 2 years of experience
- Social media and digital marketing background
- Partnerships and events experience is a plus
- Great communication skills and hands on
- Fluent English; Spanish as a plus.
- Hybrid position: 3 days remote / 2 day office - WeWork
- Based in São Paulo
- Full WeWork access
