Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our business within the dynamic Life Sciences sector. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new strategic partnerships and client relationships. You will own the entire sales cycle for a defined territory or portfolio, directly contributing to our company's market leadership and revenue targets. Job title: Business Development Executive Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute targeted growth strategies aligned with the company's global business objectives for the assigned territory(Brazil&Latin America markets). Conduct continuous market analysis (across Healthcare, Research, Industrial, and Education sectors) to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities. Build, sustain, and expand a robust network of sales and distribution channels. Conduct comprehensive sales and product training for distributors to ensure market readiness and effectiveness. Manage and develop channel partner relationships through regular performance reviews, joint business planning, and frequent meetings. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational processes, review performance, and implement necessary improvements. Plan and execute end-user awareness initiatives, including seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and targeted email campaigns. Lead the launch of new products by building and executing pre-defined commercial strategies. Implement targeted measures to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency. Prepare and submit detailed monthly sales and marketing reports. Fulfill any other related duties as assigned to support the broader commercial team. Key Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Science or Engineering or other relevant fields Experience in sales of laboratory equipment preferred but not mandatory Laboratory experience including working with standard equipment such a biosafety cabinet, incubator, fume hoods etc will be a plus At least 8 years+ of relevant sales experience in the life science industry Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Able to work independently in fast-paced work environment Able to work long hours when required to accommodate communication with stakeholders from different time zones Self-driven, results-oriented and able to work well under pressure Good communication level in Spanish and English is required.
