Responsibilities
  • Manage the design process from the project basis of design stage through the issuance of construction drawings
  • Oversee design, permitting, construction, and community engagement while achieving critical project milestones
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure deliverables exceed client satisfaction
  • Identify project opportunities and facilitate go/no-go decisions, including fee determination and contract negotiations
  • Take ownership of internal project financials, staffing, legal coordination, and risk management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical preferred) with 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education
  • Project Management experience directly related to renewable engineering projects
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on schedule and within budget
  • Strong understanding of engineering design, interconnection, electrical equipment, and construction processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Professional Engineering Licensure (PE)
  • Over 6 years of relevant experience in project management of renewable energy projects
  • Experience managing projects in collaborative model environments (e.g., Navisworks)
