The Quality team is a cornerstone of Novonesis’s mission to deliver high-quality, safe, and compliant food and feed products. By providing support throughout the entire production process, the team ensures that every phase aligns with Novonesis’s rigorous standards for quality and safety. This holistic approach directly contributes to customer satisfaction and reinforces trust in the company’s products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage supplier approval and oversight processes to ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Provide strategic quality support to production teams, maintaining and enhancing GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance.
- Oversee the management of licenses, audits, and certifications, ensuring adherence to regulatory and certification requirements.
- Monitor compliance with legal and certification obligations, driving alignment across operations.
- Approve finished products, guaranteeing they meet stringent quality and safety criteria prior to delivery.
- Address customer needs by handling quality-related inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality programs in food and/or feed industry;
- Knowledge and experience within Food safety management and HACCP analysis;
- Knowledge of food safety standards as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, preferably also quality standards as ISO 9001.
- Auditor experience (minimum internal audit)
- B.S. with 2 years industry related experience in Quality specific programs
- English - advanced
