You will be joining the QA team with colleagues from different nationalities and working in multiple different locations across the world. **What would your role look like?**

Responsible for maintaining and improving vendor and raw material management system to ensure compliance to global quality and food safety standards (ISO 22000, FSSC 22000) and regulatory requirements supporting the business needs.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a Bachelor in a scientific discipline, with an Advanced level of Portuguese and English, with at least 05 years of experience in product development, food safety, quality or regulatory, to perform the following functions and tasks:

- Develop and maintain systems and tools to secure continued compliance to global requirements.
- Completes risk assessment of raw materials based on supplier documentation; prepare raw material specifications, maintenances of raw material documentation.
- Completes raw material approval flow and specification control through implementation and maintenance of data in SAP per global procedure.
- Raw material approval and specification creation are based on risk assessment of supplier documentation, audits and/or evaluations.
- Completes maintenance schedule for raw material and documentation updates; includes quality, food safety and regulatory updates.
- Raw material template review/maintenance per global requirements (EU, US, CODEX), risk assessments and global procedure.
- Maintain requirements for global approval of raw materials; including Kosher and Halal.
- Review Vendor/Manufacturer approval, risk assessment, evaluation and/or audit in conjunction with risk assessment.
- General support to the business on raw material questions and issues (Business Support, Product Managers, Sourcing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs etc.).
- Plan yearly vendor lifecycle management audit schedule and follow up on audit completion.
- Plan yearly documentation maintenance program based on risk profile.
- Collect data and write yearly Raw Material/Vendor/Food Contact Material reviews as part of management reviews.
- Support Global QA Manager during internal and external audits related to vendor and raw material management.
- Support Global QA Manager during government audits related to vendor and raw material management.
- Expert knowledge of HACCP, PRP, OPRP, manufacturing processes, production technology, products, raw materials and quality, food safety and safety issues, local and global Food Safety legislation and regulations.
- Experienced systems user (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, SAP).
