Job Role:

We seek a skilled IT professional to oversee the management of Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Active Directory, including user and group administration, OU structure, and permissions.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows-based services such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to authentication and system performance.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and operational procedures.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in Windows system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and related services.
  • Proficiency in managing DNS, DHCP, DFS, and GPOs.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills for authentication and performance issues in Windows environments.
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and IP subnetting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MSCE).
  • Experience with remote desktop support tools.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell is a plus).
