Join us and help shape Luzia’s voice and product for Brazil from day one.The Role: We’re looking for a visionary, data-driven, and hands-on Senior Product Manager to take our Android & iOS apps to the next level—driving innovation, scaling our user base, and crafting a sustainable business model. - Have built products from scratch (professionally or as a side project). - Are obsessed with AI—listening to podcasts, tracking trends, and testing the latest tools. - Thrive in fast-paced startups where ambiguity is the norm. - Are tech-savvy —you understand APIs, architecture, and product backends. - Love rolling up your sleeves and getting into the weeds. - If you live and breathe AI and know how to turn curiosity into action, we want you on our teamYour Key Responsibilities: - Design and push forward the strategy of our group chats functionality —directly collaborating with leadership. - Shape the app product roadmap based on user insights & data-driven decisions. - Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, growth & leadership to execute bold ideas. - Integrate AI into workflows to optimize processes & eliminate inefficiencies. - Define KPIs & success metrics, analyzing product performance & iterating rapidly. - Run experiments, analyze results, and turn insights into action. - Support strategic business decisions with data-driven analyses for leadership & stakeholders. Requirements: - Fluency in English (Spanish/Portuguese is a plus). - 5+ years in Product Management (preferably AI-driven products or core teams). - Have experience building & scaling B2C mobile apps —ideally for younger audiences. - Hands-on with SQL, Amplitude, Looker, Braze —data is your best friend - Deep understanding of technical product management (APIs, architecture, UX). - Strong problem-solving mindset—willing to dive into the details to make things happen. - Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
