Requisitos: Sólida experiência em Customer Success, preferencialmente com SaaS/B2B; Ter experiência em condução de projetos estratégicos da área de Customer Experiência hands-on com gestão de carteira de clientes; Histórico comprovado de redução de churn e aumento de NRR; Experiência com liderança de times; Diferencias: Experiência com CRM ou ferramentas de vendas; Conhecimento de processos comerciais e metodologias de vendas; Experiência em empresas em crescimento acelerado; A oportunidade: Buscamos um(a) Head de Customer que será peça fundamental na transformação da nossa área de CS. No início, você será hands-on, liderando diretamente a validação de hipóteses e construção de processos. Conforme escalarmos, você assumirá a liderança do time, mantendo sempre a visão estratégica e execução de excelência. Responsabilidades: Retenção e Expansão de Receita; Realizar entrevistas profundas e ligações com clientes para descobrir causas-raiz de churn Gerenciar todo ciclo de vida do cliente - do onboarding à renovação e expansão; Implementar playbook de expansão para aumentar NRR através de upsell e cross-sell; Parceria com Vendas, Produto e Marketing para crescimento estratégico de contas; Liderar o time de CS alinhado aos OKRs da empresa; Construir framework de métricas incluindo health score, NPS, churn e KPIs de expansão Implementar dashboards para previsão de resultados e tomada de decisão; Desenvolver modelo de segmentação específico da empresa Definir e executar estratégia escalável que equilibre satisfação, retenção e expansão de receita Transformar insights em ações concretas de produto e go-to-market;
