What You’ll Be Doing Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of HR solutions, primarily within SAP SuccessFactors. Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. Manage system maintenance, enhancements, and release management activities to ensure continuous improvement. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits, validation, and governance practices. Develop and deliver HRIS-related training, user guides, and support materials for global users where required. Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, and configuration records. Collaborate on integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, finance, analytics). Analyze HR data and provide insights to improve decision-making and workforce planning. Partner with vendors and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Identify opportunities for process automation and digital enablement to improve HR efficiency. What We're Looking For Proven expertise in managing and optimizing HR Information Systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors. Strong understanding of HR processes such as Core HR, Talent, or Learning. Skilled in system configuration, data management, and report generation (e.g., People Analytics/Stories). Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with non-technical users. Typically 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent practical experience in HR technology or systems administration. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, global environment. Nice to have: Experience with Time Management and payroll technologies, integration of SuccessFactors with other HR tech platforms.
