What You'll Be Doing

Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of HR solutions, primarily within SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Manage system maintenance, enhancements, and release management activities to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits, validation, and governance practices.
  • Develop and deliver HRIS-related training, user guides, and support materials for global users where required.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, and configuration records.
  • Collaborate on integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems (e.g.,payroll, finance, analytics).
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights to improve decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Partner with vendors and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and digital enablement to improve HR efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Proven expertise in managing and optimizing HR Information Systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes such as Core HR, Talent, or Learning.
  • Skilled in system configuration, data management, and report generation (e.g., People Analytics/Stories).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
  • Typically 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent practical experience in HR technology or systems administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Time Management and payroll technologies, integration of SuccessFactors with other HR tech platforms.
