Bring your expertise to one of our departments in the areas of Research & Development, Product Supply, Marketing & Sales or Corporate Strategy & Business Transformation.**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:The Director Business Consulting Latam acts as the Deputy Head of the BC Latam department. She/he is an integral part of Global BC extended leadership team and leads one of BC´s functional practices in the Latam region (either Marketing & Sales or Business Transformation or Product Supply), with direct R-line responsibility for her/his team.A) Business Development- Identify business needs, strategic topics and key areas for potential projects;- Discuss project opportunities, including scoping, budgeting and resource allocation with senior stakeholders;- Manage key relationships in the area of expertise, connecting with internal and external stakeholders.B) Project Delivery- Caretake (i.e. act as consulting partner of) consulting projects within Bayer for all divisions and topics, in the area of strategy, functional optimization and large programs implementation; eventually, act as project lead of high-profile projects;- Ensure relevant project results and high quality service delivery of projects within Bayer for all divisions and topics in area of expertise, including senior stakeholder management;- Develop content and expertise in functional practice area of responsibility;- Ensure knowledge of projects are captured and documented for further reference.C) People Development- Manage (direct report line) 5-8 Business Consulting employees of different seniorities;- Support development of employees in consulting and prepare them for future leadership roles within Bayer;- Represent employees in Talent Reviews, promotion discussion and project staffing;- Play a central role in the recruiting strategy and process, especially for senior roles;D) S&BC and Department Administration- Contribute to administration and evolution of BC Latam department, acting as its Deputy Head;- As a full member of BC´s global Extended Leadership Team, contribute to the administration of the function;- Lead selected overarching people topics (e.g. interviewing new talents, facilitating trainings, leading internal initiatives, developing knowledge);- Contribute to KPIs management in diverse areas, such as financials, people and strategy;**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**- Advanced degree required: MBA, or Masters, or PhD/Doctorate;- Several years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally from top-tier consultancy firm- International work experience and experience with working in an international, multi-cultural environment- High interest in working in an international and dynamic environment and willing to travel domestically and internationally- Outstanding consulting skills: analytical, conceptual and implementation skills; initiative, persuasiveness and a strong team spirit; excellent oral and written communication skills;- Proven project management skills; leadership and influencing skills and experience; ability to deal with senior client management in often complex situations;- Expert market / industry knowledge of industries in Agriculture and/or Healthcare;- Proven experience in a highly client driven environment, coupled with an entrepreneurial attitude to deliver effective, value add solutions;- Demonstrated track record of managing high-performing teams;- Fluent English and Fluent Portuguese or Spanish;**What´s in it for you?**At Bayer we have established our benefits in three essential pillars, which integrate and converge to promote the life quality and well-being of our employees.- Health Care Plan- Dental Plan- Medicines Subsidy- GymPass- “Conte Comigo” - Psychological, chemical dependence, legal and financial assistance- “Bem Nascer” - Health monitoring during pregnancy, no coparticipation in the h
