**Responsabilidades e atribuições** Main responsibilities**:
- Jointly with the Sales Organization, analyze market insights considering customer demands & competition for data provisioning.
- In a Project Team, define product vision & high-level functional concept for data offerings (interfaces) to end customers or partners.
- Translate business requirements & use cases into product design and functional requirements.
- Plan the development of activities considering all involved units according to the client process.
- Guide cross-functional & international teams along the digital product development cycle.
- Manage product backlog to maximize customer value.
- KPI-driven product orientation & steering (together with Market Management).
- Plan budget & capacity for digital products in alignment with IT & Engineering counterparts.
- Align & communicate towards various stakeholders.
- Improve internal processes & collaboration.
- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps.
- Create product specifications and solution design documents.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver successful product initiatives.
- Oversee delivery of projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate cross-team development.
**Requisitos e qualificações** Experience required**:
- +3 years of working experience in IT or vehicle projects with cross-functional team members.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Informatics or similar area.
**Qualification**:
- Previous experience as program manager.
- Desired experience in vehicle-related development processes (connected solutions).
- Experience in agile working methods (Safe / Scrum).
- Experience in industry / large organizations.
- Advanced English.

Hiring CLT, hybrid format, being necessary the presence in our office in Morumbi, São Paulo/SP, 2 or 3x per week.
