Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager The role of the Senior Technical Project Manager is to lead critical initiatives, combining governance, coordination, and technical depth. As a hybrid role, this position will serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical project management, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience in PMO functions. The ability to manage project documentation, including RAID logs, decision logs, and action logs, is essential. Additionally, expertise in holding cross-functional teams accountable for their deliverables and performing Product Owner duties is required. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine technical project management methodologies and best practices across the organization. Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAID logs, decision logs, and action logs. Oversee project performance against initial baselines, highlighting deviations in scope, schedule, and budget. Serve as the central point of contact for project coordination, facilitating communication and collaboration between product, development, QA, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. Partner with QA to ensure testing is integrated seamlessly into the project lifecycle. Coordinate with GTM teams to align on release schedules and ensure a smooth, well-prepared launch of new products or features. Orchestrate and manage the end-to-end release process, ensuring all dependencies are met and risks are mitigated. Act as the Product Owner for specific initiatives, ensuring the development team's work aligns with the overall product roadmap. Requirements: Proven experience in a technical project management role, with a strong understanding of the SDLC. Demonstrated experience with PMO functions, including process standardization, governance, and portfolio management. Must be fluent in both written and verbal English. Expertise in managing project documentation, specifically RAID logs, decision logs, and action logs. A track record of successfully holding cross-functional teams accountable for their deliverables. Experience performing Product Owner duties, such as managing a product backlog and defining user stories. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of coordinating development, QA, and GTM teams across global locations. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights from metrics like 'planned vs. actual'. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar) are highly desirable. Preferred Skills: Innovative Mindset: A forward-thinking approach, staying ahead of industry and technology trends.
