We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling product demos through proactive outreach and strategic engagement.
- This is a fully remote position requiring spoken and written proficiency in English and Spanish as you will be working with U.S.-based team members and clients.
- You will make 50–75 outbound calls daily to prospective clients across various industries using CRM software to manage and execute multi-touch outreach sequences including emails and messages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM.
- Schedule a minimum of one product demo per day by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales or business development role preferably in SaaS or technology sales.
- Bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations and articulate value propositions clearly.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho, Hubspot, or similar.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
