**Typical accountabilities will include**:
- Contributes to the development of the functional area business strategy and links the HR business plan and functional HR plans
- Contracts with Global HR Business Partners and senior business leaders to diagnose, design and deliver specific HR interventions aligned to performance improvement or business change outcomes
- Ensures HR solutions align to the global AZ HR Agenda by utilising global AZ HR policies, procedure, tools and techniques in areas including organisational effectiveness, change management and business transformation, employee engagement and relations, people transition, manpower and performance management
- Engages and contracts with HR skill centres in support of HR solution delivery
- Delivers HR solutions to agreed scope, timescale, cost and benefit across or within business areas:
- Develops and manages execution of plans, including activities, resources, costs, roles & responsibilities, benefits and outcomes
- Delivery of HR solutions on time and on budget
- Effectively manages changes to required scope
- Establishes relationships with business and HR stakeholders to capture business requirements and ensure their understanding and commitment to the outcomes
- Ensures effective status reporting
- Ensures risk management, benefits management and communication
- Analyses organisational and employee trends from multiple data sources as an input to future HR solutions
- Develops effective relationships with functional leaders in order to drive effective people management and improved business performance
**Essential for the role**:
