Overview Employer Industry: eDiscovery Services Why consider this job opportunity Eligible for an annual bonus or incentive program Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k with company match Generous Flexible PTO program and paid volunteer days Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Supportive and collaborative work environment focused on innovation and problem-solving What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage client requests and ensure the delivery of solutions that comply with industry best practices and company standards Train and develop team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices Create work orders for tasks associated with data processing, review, and production on behalf of clients Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders Monitor and manage project communications among team members to ensure client satisfaction What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree (Master's or JD a plus) or equivalent experience Minimum of 6 years of work experience, with at least 4 years in e-Discovery project management Required experience with Relativity Strong communication skills for effective information transmission and conflict management Proven project management skills to deepen client relationships and ensure project completion How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in a law department, law firm, or legal consulting firm or eDiscovery provider Excellent eDiscovery skills to create client solutions that reduce costs and improve quality Ability to quickly acquire a deep understanding of company workflows and internal tools Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing workloads Strong project management skills including interpreting written and oral instructions #eDiscovery #ProjectManagement #CareerOpportunity #ComprehensiveBenefits #FlexiblePTO We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
