Descrição**Na SOU, construímos o futuro hoje.Vem com a genteSe você é apaixonado por tecnologia, inovação e novos desafios, e quer crescer junto com um time que valoriza autonomia, aprendizado contínuo e colaboração, essa vaga é pra você**Buscamos um(a) Account Manager para atuar na região de Ribeirão Preto e cidades vizinhas, com foco em prospecção, relacionamento e vendas consultivas de soluções Microsoft e serviços gerenciados da SOU.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrar e expandir a carteira de clientes da região de Ribeirão Preto e arredoresProspectar novos clientes em segmentos estratégicosAtuar consultivamente na venda de soluções Microsoft (Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot, Defender, Intune, etc.)Mapear necessidades dos clientes e propor soluções de licenciamento, nuvem e serviços gerenciadosTrabalhar em conjunto com os times de Pré-Vendas e TAMs na elaboração de escopos técnicosAcompanhar o ciclo completo de vendas, da prospecção ao fechamento e pós-venda inicialCumprir metas comerciais e reportar resultados periodicamenteElaborar propostas comerciais e apresentações para clientesRequisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento em soluções Microsoft: Microsoft 365, Azure, Segurança, Copilot, Power PlatformEntendimento dos modelos de licenciamento Microsoft: CSP, NCE, MPSAExperiência com vendas B2B e gestão de pipeline comercial em CRM (Dynamics 365 é diferencial)Capacidade de elaborar propostas comerciais e apresentaçõesNoções de governança em nuvem e serviços gerenciadosInglês intermediário para leitura de materiais técnicos
