Descrição Expandir a presença da cia no mercado de O&G nas regiões do RJ e ES; Atuando de forma próxima aos clientes e conduzindo o ciclo de vendas técnicas. Sobre nosso cliente Empresa de grande porte no setor de Bombas. Descrição Preparar relatórios de desempenho e apresentar resultados à liderança; Desenvolver novos negócios no segmento de Óleo e Gás nas regiões de RJ e ES, ampliando o portfólio de clientes e projetos; Atuar junto a empresas de engenharia, EPCs e clientes finais, identificando oportunidades e conduzindo o relacionamento comercial; Realizar visitas técnicas e comerciais constantes - presença ativa em campo é mandatória; Levantar necessidades dos clientes e traduzir demandas técnicas para o time interno de aplicações, que será responsável pela elaboração das propostas; Conduzir a negociação comercial, acompanhando o cliente até o fechamento do contrato; Gerenciar a carteira existente, mantendo relacionamentos de longo prazo e garantindo satisfação e fidelização; Trabalhar em parceria com a equipe técnica interna para garantir soluções adequadas e alinhadas às especificações dos clientes; Reportar resultados e pipeline de vendas ao gestor direto; Cumprir metas de vendas e indicadores de performance definidos pela área. Perfil desejável Um(a) profissional de Vendas bem-sucedido(a) deve ter: Formação: superior ou técnico em Engenharia (mecânica, química, industrial, ou correlatas) - desejável, mas não mandatório. Perfil hunter - energia comercial alta, foco em resultados e habilidade de abrir novos clientes e projetos; Forte autonomia e autogerenciamento - o profissional estará baseado no RJ, distante da base principal em SP; Capacidade de lidar com vendas técnicas complexas, com ciclos que variam de 2 dias até 3-4 anos, dependendo do projeto; Experiência prévia em vendas técnicas no setor de Óleo e Gás, preferencialmente com produtos industriais como bombas, válvulas ou equipamentos de processo; Habilidade em traduzir necessidades técnicas em soluções comerciais, em interface com equipes de aplicação e engenharia; Inglês avançado é mandatório; Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes (RJ, ES e SP).
