**Estágio Setor de Serviços _ Peças e Partes**:
- Customer Service**
**Descrição da posição**:
- Atendimento e Clientes em análise de demandas
- Interface com área fabril para repasse de especificações técnicas conforme demanda do cliente
- Elaboração de relatórios diversos, para setores internos e para cliente
- Diligenciamento de processo comercial de Peças e Partes, de ponta a ponta, desde saída da fábrica e/ou setor de importação até entrega final no cliente
- Simplificar e automatizar processos gerando relatórios rápidos e objetivos
**Qualificações necessárias**:
- Obrigatório Excel Avançado (PROC, PROCV, tabela dinâmica, desejável MACROS)
- Habilidade em Comunicação Interpessoal
- Teamwork
- Desejável conhecimento/habilidade com base de dados, Acess, entre outros
- Graduação em cursos em Engenharia, Administração, entre outras, com formatura prevista em 2 anos ou mais.
- Inglês Avançado desejável
- Desejável conhecimento em POWER BI

- Resiliência para lidar com ambiente de estresse e capacidade de atuar sob pressão.
- Habilidade em lidar com ambiente matricial, receber demandas e inputs de vários setores e auxiliar criando fluxos que garantam entrega com qualidade e no prazo.
- Capacidade de enfrentar situações desafiadoras e resiliência para trabalhar sob pressão e soluções assertivas esperadas em prazos curtos
