Serve the LATAM market and deliver results, in order to guarantee the necessary support to the commercial team adjusted to Syensqo's purpose, values, quality standards, safety and sustainability.**We count on you for**:- Carry out the study of art through bibliographical research, patents and scientific literature in addition to writing abstracts and papers for magazines and conferences- Carry out field and laboratory studies, new technologies/products through trials, among other actions, as well as act as a facilitator together with Syensqo's internal areas to develop and deliver solutions aimed at adding value to the business- Engage external partnerships - research institutes and influencers and monitor market trends, participating in forums, congresses, fairs, among others, as well as proposing, defending and implementing innovative solutions aligned with Syenso's objectives- Contribute to the preparation of the area's budget by gathering assumptions and information, indicating investment needs and short, medium and long term expenses- Collaborate regionally and globally with other areas of Syensqo on matters relating to technology platforms developed for the Agro market- Identify, collect demands and implement technical trainin
