This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office 2-3 days per week at JK Iguatemi. Overview Jeeves is rapidly growing its Brazil operations and is seeking a motivated, ambitious Sales Development Representative to help scale the Brazil sales organization. The SDR will report to the Country Manager in Brazil and focus on generating qualified prospects through a multi-channel approach using AI tools, email, WhatsApp, cold calls, events, and channel partners. This role is both hands-on and strategic as it hunter for new business opportunities. Job Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, building a steady pipeline of high-quality leads using multiple tools and platforms. Outbound Sales Efforts: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach with personalized messaging to set up introductory meetings. Lead Qualification: Assess needs and relevance to Jeeves solutions; qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT). CRM Management: Maintain accurate information on leads and prospects; track interactions and progression through the sales funnel. Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work with Account Executives and other team members to ensure smooth handoffs and provide context for conversions. Market and Industry Research: Stay informed on fintech trends to tailor outreach strategies. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor metrics (leads generated, outreach, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly. Campaign Participation: Assist in planning and executing targeted sales and marketing campaigns; provide feedback on messaging. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with Jeeves products and participate in ongoing training. Customer Feedback Loop: Gather insights from prospects/clients to inform product and marketing improvements. Experience Sales Experience: 3+ years in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in fintech, finance, or technology. Fluent in English; Jeeves operates globally and English is the internal corporate language. Lead Generation: Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and qualification; familiarity with BANT or similar frameworks is a plus. Prospecting Tools: Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar. CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. Skills Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; ability to craft personalized, persuasive messages. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data and identify lead-generation opportunities. Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with sales/marketing tools, automation platforms, and lead generation software. Problem-Solving: Ability to address objections and tailor solutions to client needs. Innovative Prospecting: Creative approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to achieve goals. Industry Knowledge Understanding of Fintech: Knowledge of financial products, services, and industry challenges; passion for tech and innovation in finance is a plus.
