Finance Director

CTdoAgro is selecting Financial Director for our client Elicit Plant,one of the global leading phystosterols in biosolutions industry players. Thisrole aims to support Elicit's business expansion in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

·Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company'sgoals and expansion plans

·Collaborate with executive leadership to establish financial objectivesand key performance indicators (KPIs)

·Lead the financial, accounting, tax and legal areas

·Professionally document and manage all business transactions, ensuringcompliance with statutory requirements, internal financial policies, andaccounting standards

·Accurately document and reconcile company assets and liabilities.

·Efficiently communicate and coordinate with business players and withthe HQ finance department

·Create internal polices and provide strategy support to business,ensuring compliance with laws and the company’s financial health

Requirements:

Education: Finance, Accounting, Economy, or Business Administration

Postgraduateor MBA: Finance, Controllership, or Corporate Finance

Experiencesand knowledges:

·Proven experience asa Finance Director or in a similar executive financial role.

·Extensive knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations and businesspractices.

·In the agribusiness sector (differential)

·Monitor closely revenue, gross margin, OPEX, CAPEX…

·Financial and accounting risk management

·Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards

·Management of outsourced services and contracts

Language: Fluent English (mandatory)

Sede: Barueri/Alphaville - SP

Elicit Plantdevelops efficient solutions, which enable plants to activate their own defensesagainst unpredictable and volatile weather conditions, and the related effectsof climate change.
