The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Amazon Logistics in Brazil leads HR initiatives and partners with business leaders to manage the employee lifecycle effectively. Responsibilities include managing third-party contracts, monitoring HR metrics, absenteeism, conducting interviews, talent discussions, and engagement actions. The role requires analytical skills to interpret data and align HR strategies with business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Influencing change and fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Planning and executing engagement programs.
  • Managing the talent cycle, including performance reviews, development, and promotions.
  • Coaching leaders on talent management and integration.
  • Using metrics for decision-making.
  • Handling HR actions during major campaigns like Black Friday and Prime Day.
  • Coordinating HR processes across multiple logistics locations in Brazil.
  • Working in a face-to-face model, visiting delivery stations and maintaining contact with logistics leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in people leadership
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner in Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related fields
  • Experience supporting customer-focused teams with large-scale processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in labor relations
  • Project management skills
