The Sales Operations Executive will set overall direction on matters related to sales process in partnership with Sales leadership teams in the Region. The position will support the business strategy definition, translating to a commercial plan and ensuring its execution along the year.

About the Role

In this opportunity as an Sales Operations Analyst, you will:

Support achievement of BU sales goals and operating efficiencies. Drive discussions for Go to market review aiming to optimize the cost of sale and increase sales attainment. Partner with internal teams (such as Finance, HR, Marketing, Customer to Cash and others) to implement the commercial plan defined with the business. Establish and manage internal committees to increase the alignment level on the organization. Provides input and drive operational process for territory analysis, quota setting and compensation planning to Sales leadership. Manage the quota setting definition by sales rep and compensation implementation processes. Design and drive discussions to implement improvements on the sales compensation models and recognition programs. Analyze and approve additional rewards for all the businesses in the Region to enhance sales performance. Creates and maintains the operating rhythm for each BU, ensuring pipeline and forecast management to enforce great discipline within the business management model. Act as a focal point for performing impact analysis of sales initiatives for the business leaders.
