**Channel Manager**:

Develop and maintain a highly effective sales channel strategy for low and medium voltage products in the Brazilian market in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations within the Panel Builders channel. Plan and ensure execution of ABB Electrification sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for Panel Builders channel in a profitable way: orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. Monitor the channel performance, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where needed.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Defines and implements the Brazilian market channel sales strategy in accordance with the marketing and sales strategy and ensures regular follow-up.
- Defines key targets and ensures these are achieved for the channel in the Panel builders market.
- Ensures detailed business plans with regular follow up are in place.
- Contributes to negotiations of global frame agreements and supports sales organization in the offering and proposal process for channel partners.
- Defines and implements annual performance assessment and forecast process for channel partners.
- Coordinates sales and marketing efforts that require channel partner participation.
- Ensures appropriate communication, promotion and training activities in the channels.
- Draws policies and relevant standards (e.g. Market Segmentation, Customer Due Diligence) to be used for channel partner evaluation and certification.
- Develops training plans for internal teams in all aspects of channel management.
- Supports driving strategic partnerships, through developing personal relationships with key partners, customers and other decision makers.
- Responsible for identifying and managing risks relating to contract agreements and prices across customers/channels.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering - preferably in Electrical or mechanical Engineering.
- Necessary previous experience with indirect sales (eg: channel partners).
- Required previous commercial experience with low and medium voltage electrification portfolio.
- Desirable commercial experience in the channel of electrical panel assemblers, Industry 4.0 and energy management.
- Advanced English.
- Availability to travel nationally as required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
