Position: Sales Manager – Offline Channels (Consumer Electronics)

Location: Brazil (city can be specified)

Reports to: Regional Sales Director / Head of Marketing

Position Overview

Responsible for developing and managing the offline sales channels for the company's consumer electronics products in Brazil. Achieve sales growth and brand coverage through effective channel management and customer relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Development

Develop and manage various offline sales channels in Brazil, including specialty electronics stores, retail chains, distributors, and dealers.

Formulate channel expansion strategies, evaluate potential partners, and sign cooperation agreements.

Sales Management

Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and ensure targets are met.

Monitor sales data, analyze market trends, and propose optimization strategies.

Coordinate promotional activities, product displays, and merchandising to increase brand visibility and sales.

Customer Relationship Management

Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key channel customers.

Address channel sales and customer issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth sales and inventory operations.

Report regularly to management on sales progress, market dynamics, and channel feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in offline sales of consumer electronics or FMCG, with experience in distributor management preferred.

Familiar with offline retail channels in Brazil and possess relevant channel resources and customer networks.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Results-oriented, strong execution, and team player.

Fluent in Portuguese and/or English for business communication.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in multinational companies and knowledge of international brand operations.

Familiarity with electronics products and technical knowledge.

Competitive base salary + sales commission/bonus

Social security and statutory benefits

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: R$4, R$8,000.00 per month
