Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Comunicação e Marketing criativo(a), estratégico(a) e com olhar 360°, que será peça-chave na divulgação dos nossos produtos e também no atendimento às demandas de marketing dos nossos clientes.
Suas principais responsabilidades:

  • Planejar, executar e gerenciar ações de marketing 360°;
  • Organizar eventos corporativos, cuidando da curadoria de convidados, roteirização, produção de conteúdo, orçamentos, gestão de fornecedores e criação de materiais visuais de apoio;
  • Criar, editar e publicar vídeos para canais como YouTube, TikTok e Instagram;
  • Desenvolver peças gráficas e conteúdos visuais (posts, banners publicitários, apresentações, convites etc.);
  • Gerenciar as redes sociais da SiiLA, com criação de conteúdo, publicação e análise de performance;
  • Gerenciar as páginas do SPOT, plataforma da SiiLA para divulgação de imóveis.
O que esperamos de você:
  • Ser heavy user de redes sociais, com domínio da linguagem, formatos e dinâmicas de engajamento;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de edição de vídeo (CapCut, Premiere, etc) e design gráfico (Canva, Illustrator, etc);
  • Visão estratégica e capacidade de atuar em campanhas completas de marketing (do conceito ao desdobramento multicanal);
  • Excelência em comunicação escrita e criatividade para diferentes públicos e canais;
  • Organização, proatividade e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente;
  • Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre tendências de mercado e ferramentas digitais para inovar nas entregas.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em São Paulo (Vila Olímpia).
Diferenciais:
  • Vivência com marketing B2B;
  • Familiaridade com o mercado imobiliário ou com empresas de tecnologia;
  • Domínio do idioma Inglês
