Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Opportunity Management Coordinate with operations teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Proactively resolve project delays and monitor progress. Project Coordination & Scheduling Develop project timelines, schedules, and task lists to ensure timely completion. Ensure all necessary materials and resources are prepared on time. Communication & Client Coordination Provide clear updates to clients regarding project status and next steps. Maintain positive client relationships and support repeat business. Documentation & Organisation Organize and maintain all project files, documentation, and communication history. Prepare change orders, reports, close-out packages, and audit-ready records.
