Estamos estruturando uma operação de Customer Revenue Expansion orientada por dados, inteligência conversacional e governança de pipeline. Buscamos um perfil Farmer que será responsável por acompanhar, nutrir e acelerar o ciclo de vida dos deals provenientes de Canais Parceiros e do Outbound Inteligente.Missão do CargoAtuar como link estratégico entre parceiros, clientes e equipes internas, garantindo previsibilidade de receita, expansão de contas e sustentação do funil pós-prospecção. O objetivo é maximizar retorno por deal, destravar gargalos e garantir consistência na execução comercial.Responsabilidades-Chave- Gerenciar de ponta a ponta o pipeline de deals gerados por parceiros e pelas células de outbound.- Conduzir rituais de acompanhamento (forecasting, QBRs, health check) para garantir pipeline hygiene e assertividade de conversão.- Diagnosticar maturidade dos leads, registrando contexto e gaps de compra para orientar a priorização.- Atuar consultivamente junto aos parceiros para elevar win rate, time-to-close e deal value.- Implementar frameworks de expansão de receita usando inteligência conversacional (MCI e fluxos autonomizados).- Criar planos de ação por conta (Account Success Plan) para maximizar LTV e minimizar revenue leakage.- Alinhar playbooks de execução entre Marketing, Outbound, Parceiros e CX, garantindo consistência nas entregas.- Monitorar KPIs críticos: deal velocity, conversion rate por etapa, ticket médio por cluster, partner performance, pipeline coverage etc.- Atuar como PMO comercial para garantir governança, previsibilidade e escalabilidade dos processos.Requisitos Técnicos- Vivência em operações comerciais B2B, modelos de canal ou consultoria de expansão de receita.- Experiência com gestão de pipeline e metodologias como MEDDIC, SPIN, BANT ou similares.- Capacidade de leitura estratégica de dados, priorização por impacto e tomada de decisão guiada por métricas.- Familiaridade com automações, inteligência conversacional e ferramentas de Customer Revenue Ops.- Perfil analítico, consultivo e orientado a entregas com autonomia.Soft Skills Essenciais- Comunicação executiva e capacidade de síntese contextual.- Mindset de colaboração cross-funcional, operando na interseção Marketing–Vendas–Parceiros–CX.- Disciplina operacional e obsessão por consistência.- Postura de trusted advisor na relação com parceiros e contas estratégicas.Modelo de Trabalho- Regime: PJ - Local: Remoto- Remuneração: Fixa + variável baseado em performance e atingimento de metas de receita.
