Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of project management related to the preparation and organization of processes, acting as the focal point for leading and structuring blade campaign strategies - including inspection and repair.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share technical expertise, best practices, and lessons learned.
- Work closely with the engineering team to enhance and optimize tool performance based on field feedback.
- Serve as the main point of contact for blade planning activities.
- Develop standard operating procedures for blade-related tasks, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Maintain and update documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
**Required Skills**:
- Experience in processes related to wind farm operations, including project development, O&M planning, or blade-related activities.
- Proven experience with wind energy projects, particularly in planning and coordination.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with blade-related scopes is a plus.
- Experience in activity planning is a differentiator.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
