Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of standard operating procedures for blade-related tasks, focusing on safety and quality.
  • Maintain and update documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to enhance and optimize tool performance based on field feedback.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for blade planning activities.

Required Skills

  • Experience in processes related to wind farm operations, including project development, O&M planning, or blade-related activities.
  • Proven experience with wind energy projects, particularly in planning and coordination.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities.
