We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement our strategy and business in Brazil.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the energy sector, with experience managing operations and maintenance of wind, solar, and storage energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and grow our operational and maintenance services, asset management, major corrective repairs, and other field service activities in Brazil.
  • Drive communication and coordination of activities between functional groups, including operations, engineering, safety, human resources, tax, accounting, business development, legal, regulatory and government affairs, and finance.
  • Establish and manage organizational goals and objectives in line with our overall goals and business plans for Brazil.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports and across functional teams to attract new business, close complex negotiations, and create solutions to project-specific problems and challenges.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in the energy/utilities sector with significant experience managing operations and maintenance of wind, solar, and storage energy projects.
  • Exceptional leadership, communications, and influencing skills.
  • Experience building, managing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel in Brazil up to 50% and periodically to headquarters.
