Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Selection: Lead recruitment efforts in Brazil, screen and interview candidates for position and company fit, coordinate interviews and other recruitment activities, support onboarding, and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Performance Management: Provide support in performance management, compensation, and benefits. Partner with the HR team to develop and administer the performance management process, maintain records related to grievances and disciplinary actions, and escalate staff concerns.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant standards, processes, and regulations in accordance with company policy, state, federal, and international laws. Maintain employee work rules, recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures, monitor local policies, and advise management and employees on Brazilian labor law.
  • Employee and Labor Relations: Act as the main point of contact for all employee matters in Brazil locations. Manage offboarding, respond to employee inquiries, manage employment contracts, and coordinate documentation related to employment status changes.

Office planning and administration.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist, Business Partner, or HR Coordinator.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Evidence of practicing confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

Preferred Skills: Workday experience.
