Payroll Transformation Specialist Our organization seeks an experienced professional to support a large-scale Workday-to-ADP payroll transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end payroll processing across Workday and ADP, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with payroll rules, and a smooth transition to the new payroll landscape. This role requires strong hands-on experience testing ADP payroll solutions, a deep understanding of gross-to-net calculations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in HR, Payroll, and IT. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Workday-to-ADP payroll integrations, including end-to-end payroll cycles. Validate payroll processing results, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and gross-to-net calculations across ADP platforms. Review and validate data mapping and transformations between Workday and ADP (GlobalView, Workforce Now, or Celergo). Test inbound and outbound interface files between Workday and ADP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined formats. Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll-related processes. Log, track, and document defects using defect management tools, working with technical and functional teams to drive timely resolution. Support parallel payroll testing cycles by comparing legacy and new payroll results, identifying and analyzing variances. Collaborate closely with Workday configuration teams, ADP SMEs, payroll operations, and project managers to clarify requirements, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria. Develop and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, scripts, scenarios, and status reports. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and templates for payroll transformation projects.
