Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Law or related field
- Experience in payroll processing for Brazil
- Fluent English
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookup and other formulas)
- Good analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to details

We are looking for a payroll specialist who wants to do a complex role, to take the payroll experience to another level and help build our rapidly growing company.

Sounds great? What will you be working on?
- As team: support payroll processing for more than 5.000 employees in Brazil and help the team with complex payroll queries and escalations
- Collaborate with payroll leaders to maintain an efficient and effective audit process
- Collaborate in efforts to evaluate and redesign Payroll processes to align with the company’s rapid growth and commitment to quality
- Be a partner for M&A and expansions projects
- Liaison with HR, Tech teams, Finance, Accounting, and others to ensure that best practices are followed and implemented
Sao Paulo, SP, BRA
- Deep Knowledge in labor legislation and specific payroll regulations (eSocial, DCTFWEB, FGTS digital)
- Familiar with payroll software (Peoplesoft, Sharepoint, SAP and T&A systems)
- Experience with process transitions
