Associate Program Manager - Access and Growth CX Uber is hiring a Associate Program Manager - Access and Growth CX to improve the customer experience for riders and earners who are signing up to drive with Uber. About the Role As the Access and Engagement Program Manager, you will define and execute high‑impact strategic projects that improve the customer experience, enable easier access to our platform, and contribute to our overall business goals. Responsibilities Map the end‑to‑end journey of our customers and identify pain points and opportunities. Lead customer‑facing process improvement initiatives, aligning and coordinating stakeholders in CommOps and Operations teams. Understand the goals and priorities of CommOps KPIs—both operational and financial—and champion customer‑obsessed processes that support these goals while respecting cost constraints. Provide insights from customer interactions to local stakeholders to influence and facilitate decisions. Basic Qualifications 3–6 years of experience as a Program/Project Manager/Business Consultant. Fluency in English is required. Analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem‑solving. Strong strategic and problem‑solving skills, able to create and optimize support processes practically. Experience managing multiple moving parts with resource constraints. Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to drive results beyond your immediate responsibilities. Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to create and present decks. High execution standards and perseverance until processes work flawlessly. Customer obsession and genuine passion for drivers and riders. Proven track record in roles that involve ownership, decision‑making, and managing complex product scopes. Strong negotiation, reprioritization, and trade‑off management in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable working with global portfolios and cross‑functional teams. Ability to deeply understand and own a specific policy, becoming the go‑to expert. Experience leading the entire lifecycle of a policy—from strategy to implementation and iteration. Preferred Qualifications High‑growth operations or startup experience. SQL proficiency. Six Sigma, Change Management, and/or Project Management certifications. Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese. Experience in environments transitioning to or focused on policy automation, including chatbots, self‑service platforms, and hybrid agent support scenarios.
