- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade, convince and explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
Job summary
Key job responsibilities
- Ability to map processes and lead improvements across different teams in the organization (Customer Support, Risk, Legal, Taxes, Payments, Finance, and others).
- Be a program partner for business development managers providing them with data-driven insights and collecting data to optimize associates’ experience.
- Deep understanding of program tools, resources and key metrics to provide tech features recommendations for BR and manage implementation with key global stakeholders.
- Proactively identify problems and opportunities and perform root cause analysis/diagnosis leading to significant business impact.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards, own data quality to track performance of different marketing segments.

- Bachelor in Economics, Engineering or Administration;
- Previous experience in Data Science, BI, Finance or Product Management is a plus.
