Fluency in verbal and written communications in Portuguese

Job summary
Amazon Brazil is now looking for an innovative and tech-savvy Affiliate Manager to grow Amazon Associates Program activities by managing portfolio of Rebate partners (cashback/loyalty programs), with a focus on financial institutions.
Amazon Associates program is a global leader in online marketing and one of the largest paid advertising channels for Amazon. As a customer-obsessed, digital media enthusiast, you will influence and build upon the success we had with our associates to drive revenue, new customers and awareness for Amazon’s strategic businesses and programs. Using your deep knowledge of digital media and a solution-oriented mindset you will collaborate with and influence our product teams to develop innovative integrations which help unlock new opportunities for Amazon and our associates. In addition, you will have great interaction with local team members in Brazil, colleagues in Seattle and traffic team partners in other countries, besides being responsible for prospecting and managing key accounts.
Key job responsibilities
**1. Prospection and onboarding of new partners**: identify the appropriate associates, negotiate agreement and fees, teach them how to use Program’s tools
**2. Develop relationship with onboarded partners**: (1) identify and structure opportunities to market Amazon products/bounties along with their content, (2) have frequent touchpoints to analyze results and identify trends/opportunities for growth, (3) educate them on existing tools/techniques to optimize their results, (4) engage them to promote Amazon events, (5) handle issues brought by partners
**3. Manage the P&L/investment**: responsible for achieving topline and bottomline targets, negotiating favourable terms, performing elasticity analyses, analyzing and reporting results
**4. New customers acquisition**: build marketing calendar for the partners with bespoke strategic experiments to acquire new customers to Amazon
**5. Gather insights and implement improvements**: work with BI and Tech teams to automate reports and suggest product improvement

- International experience
- SQL, Programming, Advanced Excel
