International Business Partner RoleWe are seeking a skilled International Business Partner to join our team and drive organizational optimization, talent development, culture implementation, and strategic partnership initiatives. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for building an efficient organizational structure, facilitating goal alignment among management teams, and developing tailored HR plans to achieve business objectives.Assist business leaders in creating a streamlined organizational setup that fosters collaboration and productivity.Conduct regular diagnostics to identify challenges and proactively implement solutions.Talent Development : Utilize talent review, development, and co-creation methods to focus on recruitment, training, and advancement of key talents.Develop strong talent pipelines and succession plans for business departments.Culture Implementation : Drive the promotion of corporate culture and values within the department.Organize employee engagement activities to communicate company philosophy and strengthen team cohesion and morale.Strategic Partnership : Gain deep understanding of international business strategy.Participate in strategy formulation and execution, and develop tailored HR plans to achieve both short- and long-term business objectives.Requirements : To be successful in this role, you will need : Bachelor's degree or above with over 3 years of HR experience; international team experience is preferred.Fluent English communication skills, with ability to work efficiently with international teams and partners.Strong logical thinking and learning ability, solid HR fundamentals, self-driven, curious, and able to work under pressure.Benefits : This role offers : Opportunity to participate in building an international team and broaden your horizons.Fast-growing business environment with great personal development potential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
