Como District Manager , você será a principal Embaixadora da Marca, transmitindo os valores do Grupo Oniverse com paixão, dinamismo e espírito de equipe. Ser a referência principal para as lojas da sua regional, garantindo o sucesso comercial através de: Liderança inspiradora : tudo começa com as pessoas; motivar e desenvolver as equipes para alcançarem objetivos comuns e superarem desafios juntos; Gestão estratégica : estabelecer objetivos para cada loja, com base em análises comerciais e otimizar o estoque e os pedidos para maximizar os resultados; VM : assegurar layouts de loja atrativos e alinhados com as diretrizes de visual merchandising. Aqui você terá um impacto direto no desenvolvimento das pessoas, no negócio e na experiência do cliente. O que você vai aprender e desenvolver com a gente: Habilidades de Comunicação: atendimento ao cliente, contato com Departamentos, Franqueados, etc; Habilidades de Liderança: capacitação e desenvolvimento das competências de gestão; Habilidades analíticas e estratégicas: acompanhamento e análise de dados para potencializar a performance, gestão do tempo e produtividade; Desenvolvimento de estratégias comerciais e layouts para lojas com foco em conversão (VM). O que você precisa ter: Curso Superior, um forte interesse e/ou experiência nesta área; Disponibilidade para viagens; Carteira de habilitação.
