O papel de um Site HR Manager é implementar as políticas e ferramentas de RH do Grupo e fornecer suporte à gerência em questões de recursos humanos.


As principais missões da função são:


▪ Auxiliar o Site Manager no gerenciamento de questões de RH de acordo com os objetivos de negócios.

▪ Implementar uma estratégia eficiente e integrada de pessoal, recrutamento, indução, treinamento, gestão de carreira, etc. a nível do local.

▪ Garanta processos eficientes de folha de pagamento e administração.

▪ Garantir condições de trabalho em conformidade com a Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente do Grupo Políticas.

▪ Gerenciar relações industriais com representantes locais dos funcionários.

▪ Implementar políticas e processos de RH do Grupo dentro do site, incluindo "Employee Empowerment", parte do Sistema de Excelência.

▪ Relate informações relevantes de RH à Divisão


Principais requisitos:


▪ Experiência generalista em todos os subsistemas de Recursos Humanos;

▪ Ter atuado no segmento Automotivo será um diferencial - mas deverá ter vivência em Indústria;

▪ Vivência em gerenciamento de equipes como Gerente;

▪ Inglês em nível avançado para conversação.
