Enterprise Product Data Manager

We are seeking an experienced PLM professional to support and optimize enterprise product lifecycle management initiatives.
- Configure and customize Windchill to meet business requirements.
- Better manage product data structures for design and engineering teams.
- Enhance change management processes and approval workflows for efficiency and compliance.
- Modify lifecycle steps to match internal business processes.
- Integrate Windchill with SAP and other enterprise applications.
- Suggest improvements for product data/document release processes.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead the design of efficient enterprise business processes that leverage PLM solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather requirements or resolve issues.
- Provide expertise to stakeholders for roadmap planning and technology evaluation.
- Collaborate to ensure alignment on solution direction.
- Drive adoption and provide high-level solution guidance.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years' experience in PLM products, including at least 3 years in PTC Windchill and 2 years in Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience.
- 6+ years of system analysis and design experience, including enterprise-level application solutions.
- Full software development lifecycle and formal project management methodologies.
- Functional expertise in PLM applications; technical domain knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
