Senior Product Manager

**What you will do**
- Understand user needs and generate new feature ideas;
- Build products that help Indeed get a better understanding of itself;
- Create simple solutions;
- Risks assessment;
- Product Planning and timelines estimation;
- Validate ideas by performing experiments and analyzing the results;
- Make data-driven decisions;
- Define product goals and metrics;
- Communicate well and influence colleagues and executives;
- Work closely with stakeholders.
**Must haves**
- 5+ years industry experience in software development with strong expertise in fast-paced and deliver-focused environments;
- 3+ years software product management experience;
- Deep understanding of web technologies;
- Outstanding data analysis skills;
- Proven leadership skills.
**Nice to haves**
- Product Owner certificate.
